there is currently an interest on the lake to attempt some sort of get together / poker run , for the go fast crowd . its in the formulative stage . possibly involving the island and or local bars and of course at least a run to the dam , possibly a stayover on the island ???there is getting to be some serious machinery on our sleepy ol lake .the first date tossed into the air is the weekend after the 4th of july. stay tuned !!!

erik , tim , y'all !!!! 2 seperate parties in the works . first one saturday june , 26 backside of sand island , informal gathering of go fast boats , losts of interest. second one planned for the first nice saturday AFTER july 4th . this one also at sand island will have a houseboat with a band provided by captain carls. stay tuned .....

sorry chris no pics . met up with 91 gtx and some of our locals ,by the time we hit the wide part of the lake , 25mph winds with 3 footers. we did get to see a good assortment of go fasts , before going back to a protected bay to party. 91 was catching some nice air on the way.

party is on for saturday backside of sand island . first band scheduled for 2;00 . second one for 4;00 . missed it last year but told it was crazy. expect same this year . some are meeting around 11;00 for a run around the lake and then back for the fun n games ....ok this is the one you've been waiting for !!!!!
