I've done everything else with boat, so I decided to do interior as well. My 82' Enchanter originally had those vinyl caps with the string that ran through the vinyl, foam, and wood. When I put the sides and rear bench in, what can I use to hold everything together. Can I still purchase those, or are there alternatives?

Talk to your local interior shop. They may have something for you. I use a T-nut in the plywood and then bolt it from behind, then you cant see any fasteners at all. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
