Hello Jim. We would need to know what better means to you. My 21’ Pulsare liked both the 3 and 4 blade props.

200 hp race mota? 3 blade will be faster then a 4 blade. A starflite is a heavy hull, 1300 lbs new and dry. A hopped up 200 will be light on torque, needs to be propped to run high in its power band.
I ran merc 2.5 carbed 245hp on a starflite for over 20 seasons. Totally wrong engine for that heavy of hull.(mota was designed for lightweight hulls that are made to fly themselves across the water while spinning a 28/30p clever.) Great 7500 rpm redline but with little torque. A 21p Lazor II allowed me to spin it up into its power band 6500-7500. With a jackplate, offset bracket and cle lower (again wrong lower, cle works best over 80 mph) was able to run 74/75 mph back when everything was new and dry.
Best of Luck!!

Then you have to think about rake of the prop with the starflites long and heavy bow. Have you checked if your holding water up in the bow, that foam can hold up to a 100lbs of water.
