Embedding YouTube Videos

To embed a YouTube video in a post, you have to wrap the specific video file number within the [youtube][/youtube] vBulletin tags.

What you type into your post should appear as follows [youtube]number here[/youtube]
The number you want to put between the tags can be found in the url of the YouTube page where the video appears.

You want to use the number which is at the very end of the url, it will appear after the equal sign (=)
In the screen shot below, the proper number to use would be erJc4dzZ3IA



Simply wrap that number in the vBulletin [youtube][/youtube] tags like this [youtube]erJc4dzZ3IA[/youtube]and you're good to go.

Please note that this particular youtube tagging system is a custom feature that has been added to our board. Therefore, it may not work on other vBulletin message boards.
