  • 79 Exciter
    Hello Check Merc.I recently bought a 79 Exciter w/out a motor.I put a 79 merc 175 that my father had in his garage unused for 13 years.The motor seems to be running great and is hitting the full 5800 rpm that it's rated for.I'm surprised that on my speedo and gps i'm only going 50.54 mph.I just joined this site a month or so ago and you seem to have alot of knowledge on these awesome little boats. SEE YA
