    This is the Cape Fear river. (Fayetteville NC) We are above the third lock and dam (William O. Huske). There is a good 15mi+ stretch of river between the lock and the boat ramp. We have found several sandbars for nice sandy swimming spots. I would love to meet up with some other Checkmate...
