Header Make or Model

Anybody know the manufacturer of these headers ? Just trying to see what my engine is made of . Thanks .

Only kidding, hey they look an early version of CMI's E-type (elbow type) for recreational use on 454 and 502's. I've been on that sight recently looking to order new header gaskets. :mad: Give that sight a once over.

I work Saturday, Plan to be out Sunday, But I might up St. Clair though, Will have to see how tonight's dinner goes :p :D :thumb:
 
I don't think Lightning ever made an E-Top. I'm with merc245, they look like Early CMI's. It might be hard while they are on the motor, but a lot of manufacturers put a serial number on the exhaust flange. It might be covered up by the powdercoat though.
 
Sounds good Jeff , we won't be out this weekend . We are up north canoeing tomorrow on the au sable . We will be out next weekend for sure . I'll give you shout when we get back .
