Enforcer Update Suggestions

What if you knocked out the slats and cut a solid piece of smoked acrylic? Then had the frames and jambs sanded smooth then sprayed a color complimentary to the interior. I had the same doors in my 87 Enforcer
 
I like the idea. My new dash is carbon fiber wrap so maybe just dump the slats and fill in with a 1/4 plywood then wrap them with carbon fiber.

I am not sure yet but I will post some pic when I am done...

The thing about cutting a piec of acrylic is that it would be semi transparent and would allow some lite in the cabin;) Just like the air hatch in the deck
 
I was hoping someone would have something to replace the wooden swinging doors with something more solid that didn't rattle.
