Coop's 1987 Enforcer OB Restoration Pregame

First, a disclaimer, I'm going to let my crew do a lot of this work as a learning experience. But if I can sit in a chair and do it, I might help.

It will be a long term project with no deadlines, day job, and boat production are priority.

I will be posting video step by step as much as I can.

And NO, I am not back in the restoration business.

Some pre-delivery pictures. With the deck hatch and bow light missing there is some exposed balsa core. Should make for a fun video.

Floor is already gone, top of stringers have been cut and I'm sure are on their way to being rotten. So, maybe update?

The boat should be here soon, but it will sit for a little bit while a batch of 4 13ft boats gets built. While it is sitting I will see what kind of stuff I can gather for the project.

Don't forget to follow me on Instagram and Subsrcibe to the Youtube channel with the links below to get the quickest updates on this project.

But I will save some exclusives for here. :bounce:

Very cool project Coop.

Always loved the Enforcers.

Saw that one listed.

I tried getting one while down in Fla.
Was in a lot being cleared behind a closed car shop.
I stopped every couple months telling the owner I’d buy the boat.
Came back one day and everything was gone.

Turned out the guy was already following my social media pages and was tickled I had an interest in buying this. I was going to pick it up already but with everything going on we decided to push it out a few weeks.

Where is/was it?

Cant remember where I saw it.

A friend has one w/twin 175 JohnRudes. Bought it new and is a museum piece.

Justintocars on here, who you probably know, has what may be the first Enforcer I/O.
Is gorgeous and for sale.

Nice Boat
