Here’s my latest find / project .
1983 diplomat

Prior owner had the boat since the early 90’s ,went into a garage up until about a year or so ago .this boat was built by kunkels marine ,absolute wild build ,confirmed this one was the only diplomat jet ever produced .some of the wild besides the v8 and jet are ,dual saddle fuel tanks ,with dual instrumentation .and to offset fuel consumption with factory installed Bennett trim tabs .full mooring cover and bow cover are still with the boat .and check out what they had to do with the stern seat to accommodate the V8! The boat is well preserved ,my plans are to just compound the boat ,clean up some wiring replace a bunch of fuel and water lines ,and preserve the history .last reg on the boat was 97’ enjoy the pics!
