Logging in using ipad

Chris,

For the last few days, I've been unable to log in to the forum using my ipad.
Whenever I click on the username field to enter my userid, the Toyota advert launches. I've tried zooming in so that I am sure I click on the the correct field, but it's like the Toyota advert is extending outside the ad window.

I'm entering this post from my laptop where I don't have the same problem.

I have been having the same problem on my Android phone. Whenever I click on anything but a thread link, I am re directed to the toyota page. Very annoying. It won't allow me to like or post from my phone. Been happening a few days now. Funny thing is the banner ad on that page whn that happens isn't even a toyota add.

I don't have any issues from a desktop computer either.

Glad it isn't just me having issues. I was beginning to think i got some spyware from too much (boat) porn.
 
Try clearing the browser history. I have done this on my iPhone a couple times. It helps but doesn't completely solve the issue.
 
Yes I have been having the same problem for a couple weeks. If I try to log in or go to an active thread it goes right to the Toyota ad when using my I phone only. I cant even think about getting on the forum unless Im at home on the pc :pissed::pissed::pissed:. With all that said I sure am getting a lot more work done now. I thought maybe my phone needs upgrades or something but only have problems with this site. :confused:
 
I've been having the same problem, click anywhere on the whole page and it brings up the Toyota add, but it's not doing it right now.
 
Until this is fixed you can download an alternate browser. I am using puffin browser on my ipad right now i would say try dolphin browser on a droid phone. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as using 2 browser kinda sucks but you can get your mate fix in the mean time doing this.

Beginning last week I can't post from my Droid or IPad. Every time that I touch "Submit Reply" I am redirected to the damn Toyota Tundra advertisement. It also happens regularly during log in and navigating the site.

I am posting this from my lap top so I could add to this Thread. As of late the only response that I can provide is hitting the "Thanks" button.

Chris help!!!!! Not only is this hurting my post count...I am a MOPAR guy! LOL

Thanks for the feedback - I'm looking into this.

I unfortunately don't have an iPad to see why this is happening, but I've sent out an email to the people that manage that banner to get them to either fix the issue with the Toyota ad or stop showing them altogether.

Happens with my Samsung (Droid) as well.

Do any of you folks get this same issue elsewhere?

Greg on Scream and Fly also shows ads from the same company Outside Hub, so I would guess the Toyota ads might come up on Scream as well.

My guess is there is something in the ad code that is conflicting with the site's code. I've already sent off an email asking for Outside Hub to fix the issue.

This of course certainly means I'll never buy a Toyota Tundra.

im still using windows xp and it works fine.Ive been thinking of getting one of those fancy touchy feely phones instead of my 1818 get out and push flip phone:poke:
