I'm running a ZT280 (1997) with a HP500 carb, Bravo 1, 4 blade, 26 pitch prop. Currently running 69mph GPS at 4900rpms. Is this what I should be running or is this too slow? Any suggestions????

Your slip is pretty high, I would put a 1 inch spacer in and run a mirage 27 plus labbed. The speed you are seeing is just about right other than that. I would try to get closer to 5200rpm as well. You can see 3-5 mph more if you spend the time to dial it in.
