    Great Article JW - certainly picking the right gearcase is just like “choosing” the right prop for your setup. Most of the time you just have to test, test and test some more until you get the right balance. It takes a lot of time and money.

    2100 BR questions for you

    I have 3 props that I change depending on conditions. One for all out high speed runs with 1-2 people on the boat; one for cruising with 2-3 people and one for 4+ people/water sports. With that said, at least two props is a must.

    Get a Bow Cover - you will gain easily 2-4 MPH and a few hundred RPMs. Mine is just a Sumbrella snap on bow cover with a center pole. Also, when you run the Torquemaster too high you start losing prop bite and will slow you down. Trim angle is also important, too much or not enought will also...
