Thanks. I talked to the guy in Grand Rapids. It's the low HP Alpha setup so that threw it out. Need open bow.

Thanks drop top. That was a VERY conservative pass. It ran like 90.3 or something there. The boat got out of shape at the very beginning of that pass and I got timid. You have to drive the GS with much more respect than other boats.

Thanks for the welcome guys. We're still on the fence of what "kind" of boat we want next. Needs to ride good, handle somewhat rough water well (river rough not ocean), be big enough that the kid (4yrs old) can grow into and not buldge over the sides. Thanks Corey. The GS is a blast but it takes a lot of nerve and seat time to drive it upper 90's + I'll have to look into LS swap parts. A full aluminum 6.2 would be the ticket.

Fantastic! If there were manifolds out I'd have a 6.2 LS on the floor for something.

Thanks, the Allison is a blast but it's time for a change. Appears that car motor need a LS coil swap... :)

Hey guys just joined but have been lurking over the last year or so. We thought we were going to do a little cuddy but my wife gets motion sick and being below did not help one bit. Just sold our Allison GrandSport so we're looking for something more open and family friendly. We like the...
