Searching for past owner(s) "Red Thunder"

Yes the Hull Ident starts CHK, I'm referring to the vinyl letters on the side where the boat was registered.

Searching for past owner(s) "Red Thunder"

Hello all, thank you in advance. I'm looking to speak with a past owner of a boat. It's an all red 1990 251 Convincor Named "Red Thunder" It would be quite a few years back that someone in Ohio (I'm only assuming that due to the Hull number starting out OH) I could be mislead on that. Any and...

    Maxxum Single I/O conversion?

Because I'm running 6cyl inline diesel, even staying with twins will require a lot of modification. The last boat it was in was a 251 and only the fuel tank had to be moved slightly forward. In the maxxum there's a large crossmember that will have to be cut/removed because my crank pulleys will...

    Maxxum Single I/O conversion?

I brought the Maxxum home last night. Couldn't pass on the deal. Paid what the trailer is worth. Now to decide on converting to a single and maybe turning up the combo I have, or stepping up and building another motor/drive and have the twins. Problem Child, I'm interested in knowing more...

    Maxxum Single I/O conversion?

Do you have a hull for sale? I'm in Ontario Canada, everything I can find is so far away. This maxxum is 2 hours from me. How would the maxxum compare to a 283?

    Maxxum Single I/O conversion?

I'm glad to hear that. I was afraid I would be told that a single wouldn't be enough. But the 25 I had just seemed like a slightly larger boat would be ideal.

    Maxxum Single I/O conversion?

Hello all and thank you in advance. I could be out to lunch on this, but my search for a 25 foot single I/O Convincor hull has came up short. So, there is a 1989 Maxxum 28 foot that I want to go look at... My questions are, because it was set up for twin I/O and I want to just run my single...

    New Member From Ontario Canada

Hello. I'm in south eastern Ontario and spend most of my time on the bay of quinte. I do have plans this year to hit a few lakes North of here and well as Prince Edward County sandbanks area. Beautiful province we live in and and so nice to view it from the water side. Nice to meet you.

    251 Convincor Cummins Diesel

It can be trimmed all the way down because it's too far ahead on the trailer. But this kind of shows it with the lower on.

    251 Convincor Cummins Diesel

It's still high for the budget, but, I did (oddly) find a "New" Bmax close to me. There are a few downsides though, It's older (2010 although new) so I'm not sure if thats one to avoid because of the mention of problems with certain ones. Also on the down side it's a 1.5 ratio and it's a shorty...
