Predictor time!!!

spending a week in Florida's beautiful warm weather visiting my son really inspired me to get the predictor going so here's what I did.
I pulled the seats, pulled the gas tank and pulled the motor from the transom.the transom and floor are rock solid.(thank God)
next I will clean that up and install the jack plate.
I got new carpet, and a tub of aqua-buff so I started buffing the deck It is gonna look great.
here are a couple of pics from tonight.
I will send more as I keep going.
You won't recognize it Sim!!!
