race was canceled today due to 10 ft waves, here are a few pics from pit area and the rough surf. if anyone can resize them thanks

was a little ugly out there, i went out the inlet just to see what it looked like, that was enough, went into a swell and couldn't see anything around. don't like when i can't see anyone and they can't see me.
 
Do they plan on a later date for the race? I bet all the swells are from that big storm out at sea.
 
http://sharkeyimages.zenfolio.com/p407617576/hf72b2b9#h4e86d4f here are some pics. race was a washout next race in two weeks at solomons island MD. lots of expense involved for these teams just to move from site two site and really there is very little prize money 50k for the ac race. most do it for the love of the sport, they are all very friendly and welcome any boater it does not matter to them how big or small. everything is free . no pit passes just wander around and browse
