What upgrades/maintenance have you done this winter?

Purchased and installed Hardin Marine Cyclone mufflers.
I had to reduce noise by at least 12db. Ct is hungry for money and they re-wrote
the noise laws in a way that makes it foolish to try to beat it.
also changed t-stat and impeller.
thought about changing the first mate but decided against that.

Pulled her out of the barn and fired her up today. Everything is looking good. I do have a small fluctuation in fuel pressure at idle I need to work out. Bouncing between 38 and 42 lbs.

You'll probably find that once you open it up a few times the air will flush out of the system and the regulator will smooth out quite a bit. Common problem with regulators that have been sitting unused for a while. Mine does the same thing after a few weeks of sitting. Once I take it out and get some fuel running through the system it hugs 39 like a tree.

You were correct Wired. The fuel pressure did smooth out once I ran her for A bit. Ran into another problem once I got her out running. Fuel pressure wasn't rising enough with Boost pressure. Tested my fuel pump And found out it was getting weak. Should put out 90 psi and was only putting out 50 psi. So installed new pump and 2 new fuel regulators while I was at it. Everything is working 100% now. Also purchased an AFR gauge to help with fine tuning. Hope to get her out this weekend for some testing.
