253 Value without power?

I am considering selling my 1997 253 Convincor minus the engine. I'm trying to figure out what would be a fair price to ask for it. This is what she's got:
2005 Load Rite bunk trailer with 5 new tires.

XR DWP 1.5 ratio drive with Simerek shower and finned cap. Drive was recently pressure tested and visually inspected by Merc tech. It was not torn down. I have owned it since new in 2007. It has about 130 hours on it. Gear lube changed every 15-20 hours and always used Merc HP lube.
Imco twin ram full hydraulic steering with s/s tilt helm.
Imco HD helmet and gimbal ring with 93 hours.
Gibson mufflers good to 1000 hp.
Gaffrig gauges with GPS 100 mph speedo. Needs new antenna per Gaffrig. $218.00 cost.
Zero effort shifter with new neutral switch.
Alpine cd stereo with remote control at helm. Alpine PDX F6 amp powering 4 JL M770 speakers. 2 JL audio MX 650 speakers in cabin.
Snap in carpet recently replaced. Recent cockpit cover and 2 year old mooring cover.
The gelcoat and interior are in great shape for the age of the boat. There is no dock rash or faded gel anywhere on the boat. The cabin is in excellent shape as well. I’m trying to add pics but the site won’t let me.
Thanks!

Ok. Figured out how to post pics.

You probably want to keep your big motor. If you put a good running 385 Mag motor in there you would have an easier sale and for more money than you spent to do that. I have noticed clean good running boats sell for much more than projects.

That is a clean boat. I wish mine was that nice. I agree with old navy that it would get better money with power. Not many guys can afford to buy a hull then rig it.
