GONNA BE SELLING A 1985 CHECKMATE ELUDER I BOUGHT TODAY . I GOT THE BOAT FOR THE MOTOR , ITS SITTING ON A NICE EAGLE TRAILER AND THE BOAT IS REALLY NICE NEEDS SOME OF THE INTERIOR REDONE AND THE TOP NEEDS BUFFED OUT BUT AFTER THAT THIS WILL BE AN AWESOME BOAT . I THINK AROUND 1000.00 WILL BE A GOOD PRICE . IT WILL COME WITH THE GAUGES THE DUAL STEERING ALL INTERIOR REAL NICE TRAILER , FUEL TANK, ITS ALL THERE , MAYBE EVEN THE CONTROLS NOT SURE ON THAT YET . THE BOAT IS A BLACK AND METALLIC GOLD COLOR.IT HAS THE FRONT BOW COVER AND THE REAR COCKPIT COVER AND DOES HAVE THE TRIPOD SKI POLE . ALL THE WINDSHIELDS INCLUDING CENTER PIECE IS THERE AS WELL . I HAVENT TAKEN ANY PICS YET BUT I HAVE SOME FROM THE OTHER GUY , IT COULD BE A REAL NICE BOAT . ALL I WANTED WAS THE MOTOR AND THIS WAS THE BEST WAY TO GET ONE BUY A WHOLE BOAT.

I WILL HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT REAL GOOD THIS WEEKEND , THE GUY I GOT BOAT FROM HAD IT FOR 12 YEARS AND KEPT IT IN GARAGE WHEN NOT IN USE , I DID A QUICK WALK IN THE BOAT AND IT FELT REAL GOOD BUT WILL CHECK IT OUT THIS WEEKEND FOR THE MOST PART JUST NEEDS SOME INTERIOR WORK . I KNOW HE PUT NEW BUNK BOARDS ON TRAILER AND A NEW FRONT SWING DOWN TRAILER ARM. ALL THE LIGHTS WORKED ON TRAILER . THIS COULD BE A REAL NICE BOAT AND OTHER THAN THE MOTOR IT IS COMPLETE . Ok i got up inside the boat ,suns out so i figured id do it. floors seem good , the barrel seats look good , really it needs the bottom of the rear bench repaired and 1 of the front bow seat bottoms needs redone and the front locker door needs reattached . other than that the rest is pretty good . if you click on the photo bucket i added some more pics .

Have you sold it. I'm considering making the trip for a boat for my son. I'm sure he would enjoy it.

ok im gonna give it another week or so then ill part this boat out , it has all 3 pieces of the windshield great condition , the 2 barrel seats are in good condition , the fuel tank good, its sitting on a great trailer with good tires and lites , most of the rest of interior is good , good steering system dual cables , cables were replaced not to long ago. has the gauges in it as well . of course it has all the trim still on it so if someone needs something let me know and we can see what happens , i need the boat gone dont have room for 2 boats, the rear ladder also there and in good condition. this is to nice a boat to part but i cant keep it around .

I think $1000 is about right, maybe a tad high, but it takes some time to move a boat with no motor and this isn't the best time of year to sell one. Did you post it over on Scream and Fly? Might get someone over there who wants it. If I had a 200 laying around to hang on the back I'd be all over it.

I wondered about the price but ive dealt with alot of boats and this one could be really nice .i was kinda going from what i paid total and what i feel the motor and controls are worth and trying to break even . it looks like ill just part it out and hope to break even .
