1991 Checkmate Diplomat

I am going to list this for sale on my local craigslist but am not sure what i should ask. From what i can tell the combination is somewhat rare. Is $5,500 to much or to little?

1991
Diplomat
V6 w/ around 600 hours
Runs great, will do 60mph

Issues: needs some cleaning. The trim level sensor doesn't work and there is a portion of the front upholstery that needs the wood replaced.
