What year did they start putting the Inner liner in the pulsares??

yeah there is no way that is a new inner liner in that 08'... maybe they did just start doing it in 11' the way Randy's post sounded.. by him saying he just got a new one in with the inner liner..
Fiberglass floor or Liner.
I consider a fully linned boat to be one that is drained to he outside no matter how much water you put into the cockpit it goes out of the boat not bilge.
an fiberfloor boar is easy to clean but water goes the bidge and does not exit.
I would personally like all boats i own to be linned. This so they draind and basicaly can never sink. I am not sure if checkmate hulls that are fully linned are are drained to the exterior.
Perhaps you are refering to a self bailing hull like most center consoles?
2008 Pulsare 2100's were not liner boats. It started in 2010 or 2011 model years.

And they are not true liner boats, they have a "tray" option for the 2100.
