87 21ft Starflite with 200 hp Merc, very clean

Hey guys, I am putting my 21 ft up for sale, just don't get the use out of it as I thought I would when we moved. It is a very clean 21 ft Starflite with a 200 hp 1987 Merc...I am the third owner and the two owners before me had it stored indoors as I have. It is indoors at a full service marina on Lake Norman, NC I have put a stereo in it, new plugs, waterpump, two new batteries and I had the spark boxes (not sure of the name) replaced last year. The boat was used once last year and twice this year. That is the only reason for the sale. I just don't use it as I have a full time job, son who is into baseball and a house that is getting a lot of projects done by me...I just bought a newer car for myself so I need to release some of the payment. I have a snap on cover for the interior and a full cover for indooors to store it inside also with a motor cover. I always waxed it twice a year and boy does it show. The interior is in good shape but some areas are cracking in some spots. I have a low water pickup and a hydraulic jackplate with I think 2-3 inches of setback, hydraulic steering (a must). The boat can do a solid 65 with the 25 pitch tempest on the motor. I also have the 23 pitch merc prop for when you want to ski. I have a bimini top as well, 2 anchors, ski pole and all lifejackets. This is a turn key boat. I know the hydraulic jackplate leaks down after a while but everything else works without any problems. The clear coat is chipping in spots....The boat is in fantastic shape for 20 years old and the pictures will show that. I have a galvenized trailer as well and all lights work and the trailer is in good shape with no problems. Anyone can take the boat for a ride since it's still at the marina. I need to get it out by the end of August so I would like to sell before than. I am asking 7500 and I feel someone out there will be getting a great boat that was well taken care of...Let the pictures speak for themselves.....Jon 704-998-9205... I will get better pictues later to show you the detail....

WOW!!!!----those pics really give you an idea of how nice it really is----i just love the lines of that boat---killer...im sure you'll have no problem or shortage of buyers for that sleek black honey---i printed the pic you had in the first post of the boat beached up---my wife liked it too but whined "but i want a porta potty and a cuddy cabin!!!"----LOL----yeah yeah yeah i said----once im about 55-60 years old or so we'll have that to chill in and as of now with 3 kids ranging in age from 11 to 9 to 7 the 85 diplomat bowrider is the ticket. Once the kids are older i might look to find something exactly like your starflite for me and the wife to run around in with a few friends---
