All the information on props from everyone is great but also a little confusing too. This is what I have, and I would love to hear what any/everyone has to say. What to do or not to do.
I have a 88' 221 vision with a 355 and a 177 blower on top pushing 7 lbs. of boost, I have a alfa 1 with a nose cone and a -2 shortened drive, the prop is a 22 pitch 3 blade (don't know the make) the engine is all stock from what I can tell, and the RPM's at WOT is 5200.
My ? is should I go to a bigger 3 blade (23 or 24) to try and bring the RPMs down? Or would a bigger 4 blade help with the shortend drive?
