boating in the mountains

I've seen quite a bit on the larger river jets as large as 20 passenger boats and those guys are nuts too. but I haven't been able to find much on the little 2 seaters. they look like the most fun to me. i'd like to know what motors and pumps they use and what gauge aluminum. it looks like they are equipped with locator buoys for when they capsize:D
