Burt Lake this weekend - 6/12

Hi Guys,

I'm heading up to Burt lake this weekend, camping at the state campground near Indian River. Looks like highs of around 70.

I'll probably drop the maroon Starliner in Sat. AM (complete with a few panels of new vinyl!). I'm meeting a buddy up there for an early air chair and wakeboard session and then will just be cruising around with the family. Sunday looks nice, so we'll probably get out until around 2pm or so.. Let me know if anyone is going to be up there!

Thanks,
Anthony

Damn i wish i could go, ex girlfriend has a cabin on the lake in indian river. i put in at the state park last year

Doh! Ross - I'd like to show you the new and improved starliner. Vinyl looks real good, fiberglass is nicer than before - hard to believe it is the same boat that was under all of that snow!

Justin - any advice, shallow spots or such? I'm also planning to launch from the state park.

Anyone else?!

The only really bad spot is the ramp at the state park. its bouyed lane is only about 2 boat widths wide out to a deeper part. It is so shallow from the ramp to the bouy end that my motor was almost all the way up and swirling sand. Other than that its great!:bigthumb:
