C & D canal speed limit

thanks for the heads up, usually when im going thru there its balls to the wall except for the no wake zone

from the little bit i actually remember from college i kinda remember reading George Washington did some of the original survey work for the canal. he had thought a passage for commerce could be laid to link the Chesapeake bay to the Delaware river. it is a cool boat ride.
 
probably wont make it there this year but usually i do one or two runs down to chesapeake inn for dinner. so atleast if i decide to do one run down there i wont have the popo chasing me.
