Just in case any of you are interested in nostalgia, I am going to part with my classic old mahogany boat. It is a 1964 Helton, built in Texas, 18.5 ft. all mahogany clinker hull runabout. I bought it in 2007 and took a year restoring it. It is in really good condition, varnish is still good (though I would like to put a new coat on the deck and gunwales if I keep it). I repowered it with a new 2008 Evinrude Etec 115 hp (motor has about 35-40 hrs on it and still has 1 year left on extended warranty). It runs about 43mph (gps), gets a lot of looks and is a lot of fun to drive. I still have the old 65 Johnson 75hp motor that was on it which I would toss in with the sale.
This boat won Best in Class at the 2008 Keels and Wheels in Houston and Best in Class at the 2008 Eagle Mountain Classic Boat Show.

I am asking $14,000 for the boat, both motors and rebuilt original trailer. I would entertain other offers as well.
