Well I thought I'ed give you all an update before I go on vacay, I had a friend drop by yesturday an have a look at the boat, he's a checkmate man for a real long time and has owned several, he says the boat is a 1970 for shure! also the reg office has confermed that the paper work is good and I'am the third reged owner and the boat has been reged since 1974, and the engine is a 74 and thats were the mistake on the paper work was made, back then they reged the boat giving the engine model year date instead of the boat year date, good news for me! and means the engine is the original engine that came with the boat. So all is well and the build is ON. Hope everyone is doing fine, I'll post with progress as it goes. Thanks
