I was thinking of adding a second VDO speedometer on the passinger side, can i run them together off the same line from the SS pick up tube.

Theoretically it should work if you tee the line to both gauges. Practically speaking you could see some speed variations. How about getting a GPS speedo for one side?

Stock water pick up speedos are known to be off as much as 5 to 10 mph or more slower. I don't know why you would want two. one gps speedo is accurate to 1 mph give or take for under $500.00 tattle tail feature cost a little more. I wouldn,t hack your boat for something that's not accurate
