Help 77 19' trimate III

I just purchased a 77 trimate III 19' with a mid 80's carburated evinrude 235 v6

My father owned this exact boat about 15 years ago and I just happened to find it for sale over the weekend. It needs the gel coat buffed out and the seats need some work but overall it's in good shape.

Any input on props and jack plates would be extremely helpful I'm looking for all around performance and speed. I wanna be able to show my buddy's where to stick there overpriced Baja's...
