Help: How to make a Predictor plane faster??

It may be the prop: 13 1/4 X 22 or ???
I have a 115 Merc with the "dolphine" unit bolted on. Am I missing something?? Had 3 adults in the boat pulling a 12-year old on a tube and it took quite a while to plane.
Motor was trimmed all the way down.

Thanks!!

Gotta shift more weight up in the bow if possible. If your loaded down and towing something I'd start out with a 19 pitch prop and see how that helps.

A four or five blade usually help in the planing department.
