Ok guy's I need to find a good interior shop to make the interior for my trimate.after 26 years it's time to replace it.That is also a testement to the original craftmanship checkmate put into there boats.I need to find one in the midwest.I'm from the chicago area.All I can find is hack shops that don't want to do it right.All help will be greatly appreciated. thank's

Fountain of Youth for Boats in Mukwongo, southwest of Milwaukee. They were at the Milwaukee boat show and had binder full of pictures of interiors they did. It looked like they do nice work. Their # is 262-363-3750
 
Fountain of Youth is good, but very expensive... I used to deal with them frequently when I lived in s.e. Wisconsin.
 
BD, what about getting Mate to do the seats and someone else to do the rest?

The wood is ok starting to get soft in spots. On the seats that is.but it is all intact.the wood could be used to make new paterns. I called mate they dont have any patterns from the 70's.I didn't think to ask if they could custom make it.I'll call again.

Give Marry Pope a call she is in lake villa she has my Convinsor right now. She is the by far the best in the area. 847-356-9314. Not that it would do you much good, but tell her Mike Whitehead with the yellow checkmate sent ya over.

I am in the same old TriMate. Interior is badly in eed of replacement. Anyone have an idea of the cost? A range? Open bow, barrel seats, bench, side baords, carpet , etc. thanks, mm//
