lake wallenpaupak camping labor day weekend

If anybody is up for it gonna try and do a camping/boating trip to lake wallenpaupak on labor day weekend. Was thinking of going to iron point camp ground. Probably gonna make reservations next week if they aren't all sold out yet. If atc or someone familiar with there and can chime in on a good site to camp at it would be great.

We're going to Ironwood Point the weekend before July 4th. Next time we go we're going to try Wilsonville instead. The noise nazi at Ironwood is just too much to bear and is quite honestly kind of creepy with how he sneaks around and jumps from the darkness.

My first choices would be anything besides 59 or 60 at Ironwood. Those aren't bad, just a but if a hike to the ramp. One other thing that looks better about Wilsonville is they are next to a public beach in case you want to chill there for a day.

Forgot to talk to the boss, we have a show to go to that weekend so we could do the weekend before labor day and meet up with atc up there if anyone is up for it.

I'll see what the calendar looks like. Gonna stop at Wilsonville and scope it out when we're up in a couple of weeks. I really like going there 2 to 3 weeks after the holiday weekend. Nice and quiet and no more speed limit then.
