For those Great Lakes Mates, with trailers, we are holding a Checkmate Rally through the beautiful Muskoka Lakes this coming Saturday July 17th.

Summary:
starting/meeting location to Baycliffe Park in Milford Bay, Lake Muskoka. Baycliffe Park is a public park, with a large public dock and parking (former Inn on the Bay site). There is a good (free) boat launch ramp, nice beach and lots of truck/ trailer parking for those trailering up. Milford Bay road is just off Hwy # 118 between Bracebridge and Port Carling. This will give a close to private meeting area, as not many people use this park. Note there are no amenities on-site (i.e. restaurants). There are public washrooms available. Our Rally this year will take us through the Bala loop and bridge system, to Port Carling. We have a dedicated room booked at Turtle Jack's again for lunch at 12 noon. We will then head through the locks for a Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph tour. Please pass this note or attached flyer on to others in your Checkmate network.
