Wondering if this was the right place for people in PA?

I am in Lancaster PA, I hit the upper Chesapeak as well as Oneida lake in NY....looking to get together with some other check owners
 
This is the place. We are in Annville Pa. (near Hershey) and also boat on the upper Chesapeake. We drive through Lancaster (the city) on our way to the bay.
Where do you put in at the bay? we have a couple of people we boat with who are checkmate owners.

How far is that from the Canadian boarder ??

Typically, I drop in at anchor. I have met quite a few people on another forum from that area. Onieda lake is about 3 hours from the border.
