Predictor - bow weight bearing?

Trying to purchase a 1980 Predictor and the owner says the closed-bow area is weight-bearing but a glance underneath suggests that it might not be...do people walk out over their dash on their Predictors and otherwise throw down a towel and cove out up front (if not, its not a dealbreaker...I want this boat)?
Thanks and pics if I acquire it.

they can handle it...but there is some differences in the lay up and I don't know if it changed in 80 or 81...

my 79 you could have a dance party on the front but my buddy's 82 more like 1 at a time...

Thanks for the feedback...spoke with the owner again who said he weighs 180 and walks out there all the time...although on this one you need to watch out because you might burn your feet
