JUST GOT BACK FROM THE LAKE. 2 IN THE BOAT, RUNS FLAT N DECENT - 60MPH @6100 RPM. SOLO WALKIN @50 MPH. RUNNIN A VS2100(21P) SS PROP. I HAVE A SET OF NAUTICUS TABS W/ ADJ. NITROGEN RAMS. HAS ANYONE TRIED THESE?? I DON'T WANT TO DRILL ABUNCH OF HOLES IN MY TRANSOM FER NUTIN...

Like many have said:

1. Raise that prop. 2.5" below the pad is the place to start. Use search to understand how to measure.
2. Run a loooooooong left hand turn, like just a tiny bit off straight, let go of the wheel and it should center, any further and you are over trimmed.
3. If you are over trimmed your prop is not giving you enough bow lift find one with more rake in the same pitch, so you can run less trim. Not all props work on all hull shapes that's why we spend countless hours trying to find the right setup.
4. Keep at it and have fun. I run 90% of top speed with a neutral wheel for mile after mile and a rooster shorter than my cowl top. I didn't start out that way. Good luck..

Trim tabs should be no where near the water at speed and in my opinion gave no place on a boat that small.
