Supercharger set-up for 454 or 502...

Selling my complete Weiand MARINE 177 supercharger set-up to fit the Merc 454 Mag or 502 Mag 4V (carb) motors... This is the SAME blower set-up as merc used on the 525SC motor.

It is 100% COMPLETE and 99% like new... ready to bolt on! This is an actual MARINE kit and not the street kit, has the heavy duty 10 rib drive belt, all pulleys & hardware, tensioner, and the matching low-profile blower intake manifold (professionally port matched).

First $1900 takes it! (was a $3000 kit)

jrumon id love to do something with that thing but everyone tells me its not beg enough for what im running....itll produce too much heat for the gains ill get...

Hey Jim, is this set up too much for my '88 stock 454?? What's tuning like, Is it too much just for the weekend warrior?

This set-up is very easy to install & tune!

On a 454 mag, it is no issue, on a standard 7.4L carb motor (300hp), you need to be a bit more conservitive on the boost psi due to lighter duty parts (as compared to the 454 Mag). It will still gain you about 100+hp at 3-4psi safely, and 150+hp at 5-6psi, plus you gain 25+percent in torque as well! Jim.

If a trade is possible i would like it, otherwise I'd have to sell my Procharger before I could buy your's. There is nothing wrong with my kit I just prefer your's over a centrificul supercharger. Mine is a Stage 2 Procharger with an intercooler. It was used for approx 1 1/2 seasons. It has the carburator with it. New the procharger retails for over $5,000. I am about 3 hours from you, if a deal is available I would drive up to your place and save shipping.Is it possible for you to send me your phone number and I can talk to you if your interested.

Somebody buy this thing!Jim is a stand up guy and takes good care of his stuff.I looked at a Spectra he had for sale,CLEAN!
I wanted this huffer myself but my I\O is going down the road so I had no use for it.I can attest to the performance of this blower,my good friend Dominator Scott from Speedwake is running two of these bad boys on a 32 Dominator,at 113 MPH!Yes,thats correst,113 mph!
 
No... I didn't hear back from Brain in time so I jumped on the 50 cent listing day on ebay and looks like both the blower and carb may be sold???
The snag is that the winning bidder is in western Canada and shipping is spendy! So it hasn't been paid for and deal is pending for a few days...
I will post it here if the deal falls thru or if it is sold... Jim.
 
well, hopefully Brian will still want to sell his procharger....
id like to hear from him again. we spoke over the weekend and he was gonna talk to you first, thats how he started. i said if the trade doesnt work out to call/email me. i havent heard from him either.

i havent done much with ebay...does that happen alot or what? seems like alot of people say theyre waiting for the buyer to respond.
i know when i buy, im paying right away, cuz i want my "stuff" shipped ASAP!
