uploading videos

I have about 15 videos taken on my iPhone from the rally but and having trouble with the uploading. I loaded them on my pc and the quality is great but after uploading to photobuckt the quality is poor. What is a good way to upload and still have good quality video?

The quality is fine on my iPhone vids through photobucket but what I want to know is how do i make the vid larger? Do I just need to hold my iPhone sideways when taking the vid or are there some settings to adjust?

I uploaded to youtube it worked well but did take about an hour. It also made working on computer almost impossible. I will pick some videos to load when I am leaving so it doesn't effect me, and then the rest the next night.
