Has anyone had any experience supercharging a ZT 260 with a 496 Mag? I am thinking about a 3.5 system and am curious of the performance gains along with any handling problems I might have. I am running about 62-63ish now with a 24 Bravo prop.

I know of a guy in New York who is running a Quad Rotor Whipple in the same hull as yours with no handling issues. He runs over 100 mph with it.
 
our shop has whippled four 496's.. once dialed in.. you'll be impressed.. the boats we've done have seen 10 to 15 mph speed gains.. fuel and boost guages are a must..
