With statisics as I posted below it makes a man wonder how they could buy Fountain.

Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $50 to 100 million and employs a staff of approximately 250 to 499.
I am no rocket scientist but I know how to use a calculator. The numbers just dont add up to me.
you can find anything on the internet!
I saw a new 388 slingshot at the Chicago Boat Show, and was not really inpressed when you got up close. Gelcoat had many flaws and attention to detail was not there.

If I cared about Hustler, Fountain, Baja or any other manufacturer
I would look up their website. I'm all about Checkmate!
I honestly have never even looked at one of their websites because
I couldn't care any less about them, any of them!! That's why I
really hope Checkmate Marine Inc. not only survives but flourishes!
I would however like to see some of the best check hulls used and
maybe tweaked to perfection instead of using baja molds in new
production, but boat manufacturing is not my trade and maybe, just
maybe the powers that be at CMI know what they are doing, so I'll
give the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.
Checkmates forever! Hustler etc...who cares!!
No offense taken! But you miss the point!! I dont go to a Checkmate
website to see whats going on with Hustler, Cigarette, or any other
but a Checkmate and I'll bet none of the Hustler owners spend time on
a Hustler website to see whats up with Checkmate. I don't speak for
the membership here, only myself, and my post was simply sharing my
take on the matter. Checkmate is my taste and my price range, so that's
what's happening in my world and what I'm into. I'm guessing it's the
same for you since you are here and own a Checkmate, not a Hustler.
People can post and say what they want here, as can you or I, so
I appreciate your input and opinion even though they differ from mine!
