  • Hi Brad,
I too can't get enough time to stay more engaged with the forum but it's really great to have available. I've been busy putting in a new dock system and boathouse to protect the Pulse much better since I expect to keep this boat for a long time (91 Pulse 186, 200 Yam ProV). I'm very nervous to have the motor unbolted and putting on a JP from the perspective of possibly introducing water into the transom if it's not done properly. Who mounted you JP and what was the rough cost...I'd like to make sure I do it this summer. Thanks.
Hi Sorry I haven't log in here since Sept Yes I an on Robinson I have the Red/white Checkmate 21 Pulsare 250XS on the boat lift on the main part of the lake. Drop by next year and say hello. Sorry I haven't checked in lately.
Hello... i have just bought an 1992 pulse 186 BR, love the boat but I have already blown up the bottom end on the Mariner 175, and have also had a complete carb rebuild (ALL AFTER 40 MINUTES OF USE!)
So the boat is sound and in great shape and hopefully mechanically as well now !
My big question is on interior rebuilding, wood neeeds to be replaced and not sure of thickness to use and so on. I will post pics after i get back from holidays in 2 weeks,
