hey, good idea. i watched the sealed top blow out a just mixed drink off my mates coffee cup before he mutinied. ive always been in need of ballast, especially the kind that shifts around, depending on chop. i cant understand why people wont race me unless i carry their passengers. somebody told me at the ga pump that they had never seen a low water pickup on a 75, and i said i had never seen a 75 that would turn a 4 blade prop. somethings wrong with the cover. hahaha
