    Yes, 72 is fast enough, but I was too vague in my wants. I am after a 21' Pulsare type of boat. Maybe the right Pulse 185. But I do prefer an outboard boat.

    " For Sale" 1994 checkmate pulsare 2100 long deck

    I got a test ride in the boat Tues evening......the boat was SUPER clean! I did learn that I do prefer the open bow. But for a CD, that thing was sweet! Super nice guy too! I may end up with a tunnel boat of some sort if I go closed deck....we'll see

    I too feel $2800 is not enough of a hit, and coincidently, I don't wanna spend $34500 on a boat...... :D

    I guess Im after some imput as to the value of the boat. It "seems" a tad high, seeing it sold for $2800 less then his frim price. The boat has been for sale for a while, so I guess Im not the only one who feels he's a smidge high.

    Is $34,500 a "good deal" for the buyer (me)? Looks like it sold for $37300 new. He says FIRM in the ad.
