2400 BRX - Livorsi speedo, GPS antenna location?

Great conversation guys, thanks for taking the time to get those photos! In the meantime, I got a closer look at my wiring and spoke with Livorsi tech support, and I believe it's exactly what Hayabusa said...my boat came without a GPS antenna, and is converting the pitot tube to a digital...

2400 BRX - Livorsi speedo, GPS antenna location?

Hey thanks for the reply. Was able to get my phone up under the dash and take a photo of the back side side of the speedometer. I think what I'm looking at is gray, purple and black bus wires in and out. When I trace the wires coming out of the speedo, they disappear into the harness. I was...

2400 BRX - Livorsi speedo, GPS antenna location?

I have a 2011 2400 BRX with Livorsi (Vantage View?) Gauges. I have always assumed the speedometer is GPS, since there is no pitot tube connection on the back, and even though it doesn't say GPS on the gauge face. My Speedometer suddenly stopped working last time out. The gauge still sweeps and...

    looking seat cushion fasteners...

Does anyone know the manufacturer of the "ball and socket" fasteners used to hold down seat cushions on the newer Checkmates? I think Dean (from Checkmate) told me they were used in the trucking industry? I need to replace a couple of the rubber sockets. Anyone know where I can get them?

    looking for Gelcoat color code

UPDATE - I'm still trying to find the gelcoat color code, this time for the WHITE used on my boat. FYI - To anyone that finds this post later. I was able to send a small piece of the damaged red fiberglass to...

    looking for Gelcoat color code

Can anyone help me find the gelcoat colors that Checkmate used around 2012? I need to repair some of the RED on my boat, and the gel guy says it would be easier if he had had the original color code. FYI - Caldwell Marine says they do not have any of Checkmates historic production info. Thx!

    Checkmate Powerboats to be Dissolved

So do you think it will be the 2400 or 2400BRX first into production? Or both?

    "Wanted" Tom Kane

Congrats on the new build! We are recent 2400BRX owners and have been enjoying ours so far. Which engine are you going with? FWIW - Ours has trim tabs and unless you run on very small lakes and rivers I would own a 2400 without them. Totally transformers the ride when its gets choppy...
