    Switch out the drive upper for a 1.36 if you currently have a 1.5. It sure would help with prop selection.

    The foam is there to keep the boat from going to the bottom.

    Type of carpet to use

    I replaced mine with a rubber coin style floor. I laid it over top of 1/2 closed cell foam. Its ultra cush on the heels and beer spills just wash right into the bilge. :cheers:

    That's good to know. I'd need to add a crank carb and intake to it as well. I didn't realize heads were under 2K.
