    Nope Steve though $8000 might be a fair price for a nice example. I do not believe it is as well built as the hand laid checkmate but sure looks nice. BTW it did not "Sell" as the reserve was not met. Now if you can find a way to get your boat to Houston we might be able to deal. :)...

    Yeah I saw that. Not what I'm willing to pay, sry. I could buy his molds and build my own lol I'm looking for a checkmate playmate. Not a knockoff though that particular one is rather awesome. Most of the fantasy boats were not as well made.
