    1984 Exciter I/O 350

Ok we’ll thanks for the price range, a friend of mine had the same boat but not a custom and no through hull exhaust. His was not in this kind of shape and he got $10k so I would hope mine was worth a little more

    1984 Exciter I/O 350

I forgot to mention everything works as it should, solid floors and transom. It was only in the water if I was using it, other than that it was garaged always.

    1984 Exciter I/O 350

I/O 350, 600 original hours, navy blue with silver metal flake. Has been wet sanded and buffed. Original interior is still decent. Runs and drives great. Nice stereo. Original full cover and cockpit cover. Must see, located in Waterboro, Maine. No time to use it enough. Load rite trailer with...

    1984 Exciter I/O steering cable

I am looking to replace my original steering cable which is a 14 foot 6 inch Ride Guide. It seems to be getting hard to steer. I was wondering if anyone has replaced theirs and what is the best one to get and where to get it. Thanks

    1984 Exciter i/o 350

Exciter voltage problem Also wanted to add, the alternator seems to be putting out fine while it’s running, keyswitch is new, I don’t see any wiring problems. Just this weird intermittent voltage drop.

    1984 Exciter i/o 350

So I haven't used my boat in over a month. Went to take it for a spin and it started right up and stalled because I didn't catch it to keep it running, anyway so when that happens it floods pretty easy so I cranked it wide open usually starts right up once it dries out the throat but this time...

Laser 2 Thanks for the reply. That would be great if you could check that diameter. Thanks

    Laser 2 on I/O exciter 260 hp

So I think the 14.25 is the original laser and the 13.75 is the Laser 2, at least in the 23 pitch anyway. Not sure what to do. The part numbers do interchange but what would be best for this boat? Wish I could afford them both.

    Laser 2 on I/O exciter 260 hp

Laser 2 Thanks for the reply. I have the Alpha 1 outdrive. There are two of these laser 2 / 23 pitch on eBay right now. One is listed as 14.25 diameter and the other is 13.75 both by the same seller. Quite a difference in price so just wanted to know which would be best for my stock 260 HP.

    Laser 2 on I/O exciter 260 hp

I was told a while back that a laser 2 /23 pitch works well on these boats but what diameter? 13.75 or 14.25? Thanks
