Damn it! I can't find this boot?

If that boot is in the splash well and you just want to dress it up then it's not a problem. I used a chrome plated plastic center cap from an automotive rim, Cut the center out with a rotary tool, it made a sweet azz bezel. I used some old big diameter shop-vac hose to cover the cables up. The thing really looked nice but was made from discarded old junk parts. Just get creative and go for it. Now if it were a below the water line upgrade or repair you would need to use 3M 5200 sealer. Napa Auto Parts can get this stuff for you. Be sure to use surgical gloves when ya mess with it, don't get it on your hands because It will not come off LOL! Never Ever-Ever use RTV or any kind of automotive Silicone crap in a wet marine application. Best of luck with your your project!!! Old School Boats Kick Azzzzzzzzz :thumb:

Possible shift boot

probably could get creative and use a inner shift boot from a car like a honda etc. I needone also and am going to look in to this myself since i redo cars as a hobby

So Many Boots, What to Use?

A small steering rack bellows boot could do the trick but they would not have an external mounting flange. Some kind of firewall boot or rear lift gate wire harness boot would have a bolt on or a push in flange but like I said, if it's not below the water line it's Not A Big Deal :bigthumb:
